Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication MIP in Georgia

I am 19, a friend and I were walking home from a party in an apartment complex and a cop got out of his vehicle and proceeded to walk towards us. My friend who is also 19 was obviously drunk. I had 4 beers about 4 hours before this incident. The cop asked if we had been drinking and my friend said yes, I didn't say anything. The cop took us to his car, cuffed us, and then wrote us both a ticket for "minor in possesion". He then let us go. Neither of us were holding anything or had any alcohol in our possesion. I did not recieve a breathalizer or sobriety test so how can they charge me with that? I am going to plead not guilty but is there any way they can find me guilty? This happened in Kennesaw, Georgia
