Hello everyone,
i live in Colorado. Last night i was at a party and the cops showed up. They did not give any breathalyzer tests and there was 3 people attending the party that were over 21. I did not drink at all and i recieved a minor in possesion of alcohol ticket while some of my friends who were clearly smashed (like couldn't even stand up) walked free and clear. how is this possible? By the way they were checking our eyes, by you know telling us to follow their finger but the officer who did this to me said i was obviously fine. i would like to know if i can fight this case because there was no breathalyzers and because the police let obscenely drunk people walk away scott free. this is my second mip and i learned my lesson the first time this is why i was not drinking. plz help and let me know if there is anything i can do because of school and transportation reasons i cannot lose my license if at all possible.
