If you are looking for sympathy, hand-holding, head patting, no, I know of no forums where you can to to get that.

If you are looking for legal advice I think you have reached that limit in your other thread:

Now you should be talking to an attorney.

No - I am looking for examples and scenarios that others have experienced and the strategies they employed whether successful or not, that they used to counter in my opinion, the oppressive behavior of the majority owner. Even the best lawyer has a finite band width and experience.

And yes "google is your friend" approach maybe the only option but you never know unless you ask.
