I have a friend from my school. We have been friends for a long time. Although I think he is going the wrong path. He has a scholorship through SMU, a good student with a very bright future. Although i'm worried.
He is 19 years old, he has been using his friends ID to get into bars, clubs and misc. His friends ID makes him "21 years old." His friend gave him his ID and just went to the DMV and applied for a new copy and reported the other one lost.
It is a TX ID that he is using in TX, last time i checked i thought that was a felony..........
He is using a real TX ID although it is not his. I'm worried, the ID photo is nowhere close to his description either.
What would happen to him if he keeps doing this for the next 2 years?
