Hello,

I have a question about a medical bill from a Doctor my daughter is 15 and I took her to the doctor I have insurance and her dad has insurance and she is covred under both, her dad is the primary coverage a long story short I took her to a MD that dosen't take his insurance but takes mine they the have sent me and my daughter to collection be cause the his insurance won't pay mine will but the MD says I have to pay the bill in full first then get reemburted by his insurance can they send my daughter to collection she's only fifteen?

They have simply included both of you. You are the responsible party and need to contact your insurance company to see why they have not paid the bill.
