I have a two fold question. One, I have an 18 yr. old who was charged with possesion of alcohol. What is the charge in Tennessee? Second, his older brother (20 yrs. old) allowed a party to take place at his business while he was gone was charged with contributing to a minor. What does this charge bring as well possible liabilties for his business?

I think you are more interested in what they will get than what the maximum punishment is (and unlikely to get). Nobody knows and perhaps a deal can be worked out with the prosecutor. Additionally, I don't know your 20 year old son's business and it could have no effect on it at all. That would probably depend upon the nature of the business and the decision of his boss.
