Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication minor in consumption

hi everyone,
yesterday i got cought under the influance at school they gave me a M.I.C (minor in comption ticket) i am 16 years of age and have a drivers license abnd i live in texas what are the penelties i face? p.s i guarentee this will be the last time this happens
