Methadone lawsuit

My dad was prescribed methadone nit by his va dr but another dr was not warned of dangers did not have any records for the dr to see he died 4 days later. Statue comes up next month i cant find an attorney to help me.

Your father chose to see a different doctor than his usual doctor and this new doctor prescribed him methadone? What was his cause of death? Why was he seeking methadone?
