I'd just like to quietly thank and show respect for those who have served.

My little girl (who at 25 is not really little but she still is to me) went away to Afghanistan in 2010. She returned last summer, having completed her tour.

I'm so incredibly proud and honoured.

And I'm so thankful to those out there trying to ensure our basic human rights, wherever they may be.

And those who have fought.

And....those who didn't come home.

Thank you. Just... thank you.
