Medical Discrimination

Back story,

A few weeks agao, I ened up in the hospital for5 days and ended up missing 10 days of work.

Today, my boss smoke to me, saying he was taking my Salary away, and putting me to hourly (VERY CHEAP hourly). And also suggested I start looking for a new job.

As first he said that the business wasn't doing good, but I know for a fact we are doing fine.

Towards the end of the conversation, he mentioned my medical problem, saying who's to say it could happen again, and that is an issue. Now I am healthy now, it was a small issue that is now taken care of.


Do I have an Recourse?

Now it is not like I missed 6 months. I missed 10 DAYS!
 
In order to answer your question, I need you to answer a few of mine. What recourse, if any, you have is going to be determined by your answers to the following:

1.) How long have you worked for this employer?

2.) How many employees does he have within 75 miles of your location?

3.) In the last 12 months, have you worked a minimum of 1,250 hours?

4.) What state are you in?
