K Visa marrying a US citizen

Me and my girlfriend have been together for 2 years now, im on a H1B working visa and she is a US citizen, she lives in california and I live in new orleans, we want to move in together but I can't because of my status, im only allowed to work only to my employer. we have plans of getting married but we don't know how everything goes so my question is:

1.)how and what forms do we need to fill up for my change of status since im marrying her?
2.)how soon can we move in together?
3.)Can I leave my current employer once we get married and look for another job in california?
4.)And how long is the process time when filling the papers for change of status once we get married?

it is absolutely up to you guys. No one can tell you when to move in together.

it depends on your service center, i heard that california service center is one of the fastest, it may take from 6 months up to.....

PS: one more advise, google for "international institutes" in the city you will be living, they help with immigration papers for very affordable price. There is one in SF, and one in Oakland.
