I got married in Las Vegas, NV in 2004.
In 2007 I legally changed my name in Los Angeles, CA court.

My Nevada Marriage Certificate, is the only legal document that bears my old name.
Unfortunately, since the name change occurred after the marriage license and certificate were issued, Las Vegas city clerk office cannot make that change. To change the name, I would need to get a court order from a Nevada judge specifically to change the marriage license/ certificate.
What is the petition filing process and how do I do it?

You might ask the court clerk what forms are required & the filing process.

You might also try doing a google search on the process.
