Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Making Fake Credit Cards

Okay it's well over a month since my incident happened. When I called the store, the LP woman knew absolutely nothing and the corporate office had my info but had done nothing as well. What does this mean? What are the right questions to ask to get this resolved?
 
I dnt think there will be a letter. I have heard of others at this store that have not received one for basically the same thing. But how do I know if I am on any retail database?
