Major Problem, someone please help

Thanks for reading first of all,

I recently moved out of an appartment with a friend of mine. We lived together for almost two years. He moved his girlfriend in the last 6 months of us living together. We didnt get along, and eventually she convinced her boyfriend to kick me out. I was never on the lease so I had no argument what so ever. They woke me up one morning at 6am and told me to leave. Didnt even give me an hour to get some things together. Since then, I have called and left several messages about coming back to move all of my clothes and furniture out. They do not return my phone calls, and are not even making an effort to be available for me to pick up my things. I barely have any of my clothes and this creating a huge problem for me! Do I have the right to call the police and have an escort into the house to recieve my belongings?? Since I was not on the lease, this might hender me from having any sort of leverage in this situation. Anyone with any advice for me please help!! It has been almost two months since I have moved out and they have only given me a total of two hours to move stuff..

Since you were not on the lease, they absolutely had a right to kick you out. However, this doesn't give them a right to hold your property. Tell them you're going to call the cops if they don't let you get your stuff back. If they won't listen, call the police.
