I submitted a thread yesterday, and I still dont see it. The name of the thread was "auto dispute". Can someone please help me out. Thank you.

Anyhow Im in a situation where I am the primary buyer of an auto. I got the loan with the co-buyer. The co-buyer has been making all the payments up too now. Can I take posession of the car and remove them from all paperwork by refinancing without any legal repercussions? What are my rights as the primary buyer, and the rights of the co-buyer in this situation?
