I have some issues here with a current business and I am looking for advice on what to do.

The business is an S-corp LLC with 2 owners on record (myself as one) and a 3rd silent partner who is an employee. Lately things are not going too smooth, I was unwillingly removed from the bank account, I am not being included in things and decisions. I have personally signed agreement to pay forms for most of our vendors, my pay has been unwillingly cut in half, they say theirs has been too, but I have no way of verifying that now. I always offer to do things and help with whatever is needed, and I never get an answer.

At this point, I just want to get out free and clear and offer to just sign over my 50% to the other partner and walk away transferring everything to him. What do I need to do so I am not responsible for any of these credit accounts I have signed and make him take them over 100%?

Thanks in advance for any advice, I can't sleep over this crap!
