At the end of the lives of ______ and ______, you have the right to the reversion of the property.

The lessee has certain duties during the lease that could be construed as correlatives to "rights" of yours.

    Give us some context, please.

    No, it does not.

What specific right is it you're looking for? What would you like to do? Or is this an academic exercise?

Well the tenants claim that I gave up all my right’s when I signed the said agreement.
I would like to know if That is true, and if not what are my rights?

You posted about this before. It looks like you and the tenants have some disagreements about the nature of the lease, the property covered, and what they are entitled to do on the property. There is inadequate information here to answer these questions. The quick answer to your question in this thread is "no": leasing the property to them does not mean you give up all your rights. But there is no way to tell you what rights you retain. You should consult with a local real estate lawyer.
