In Pennsylvania, In order to be a executor for a life Insurance policy that is being "redeemed" while the policy carrier is still living but "they" are making pre-arranged funeral plans, you must be either be adopted or a natural born entity to the owner of the policy correct? In other words, If the executor was an orphan or foster child and there exists adopted children with that policy holder owner, the orphan or foster child can not be executor for the reason "they" have adopted children? My friend says this is true and I say it is not. The executor can be anyone the policy owner chooses? Is this true?
