Finally I was convicted with a misdemeanor. My lawyer and prosecutors had a deal. just a year of probation. That's all.
Questions:
What if I really really need to leave US temporarily (e.g. family/financial problem) and come back..
Is there any procedure to deal with? like a petition? or Am I not allowed to leave for a year?
