We would like to show have an Andy Griffith marathon fundraiser at our church. Do we need to get a Public Performance License or some other kind of license to do this? And if so, who would I contact for this? Thanks

I'm not sure what such a fundraiser is. If you're showing the shows at your local church, then technically this is a public performance. I'm not sure who owns the Andy Griffith show but I did see this group that deals with Churches:

The others that might be able to help are the MPAA (mpaa.org) and potentially ASCAP (ascap.org) although the latter may deal mostly with musical compositions.
