Hi there,

I was not sure where to post this question, if this is not the correct place or if someone know where else I can get further information I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm a recent legal receptionist/assistant and would like to know , if anyone out there sends out a type of request for feedback, be it a survey, client cards, etc. to see how you, or your firm is doing or what needs to be improved? This is in relation to the staff, not a case or outcome from a particular attorney?

I know this can be jaded, depending on outcomes, but just wondered if anyone knew of anything like this?

Basically, unless a client complains or something is said, I'm trying to find out a way to know, how, we as the staff are doing.

Thank you in advance!

I'm not sure what you are looking for.

The "clients" of my department are other employees of the same employer. We send out a survey once a month, to 125 selected employees who have used our services, to see what is working and what needs improvement.

But there is no guaranteed, protected by law, must be utilized, means to get feedback. The most often utilized method is to ask the boss.

I think if clients have "complaints", they will let employer know - if they don't complain, most likely no significant problems to worry about. Things apparently working well.

You can send out surveys but many clients don't want to be bothered with them particularly if everything is going fine.
