Hi there,
I was not sure where to post this question, if this is not the correct place or if someone know where else I can get further information I would greatly appreciate it.
I'm a recent legal receptionist/assistant and would like to know , if anyone out there sends out a type of request for feedback, be it a survey, client cards, etc. to see how you, or your firm is doing or what needs to be improved? This is in relation to the staff, not a case or outcome from a particular attorney?
I know this can be jaded, depending on outcomes, but just wondered if anyone knew of anything like this?
Basically, unless a client complains or something is said, I'm trying to find out a way to know, how, we as the staff are doing.
