Hello, i recently bought an item from a company and they shipped out a product but forgot the item. They called ups and they said the package was intact and nothing wrong. i called the bank and they got it refunded because lack of evidence of them shipping it. they are now trying to bill me and sent me an invoice even thought ups sided that nothing was wrong with the package and the bank sided with me. what do i do?
