I had a legal name change and now the details of the civil action are on the internet, including my old name and new name. A newspaper company has the details on their website in their archives. I do not want my old name or new name on the internet. What can I do?

If it is a public record and public knowledge there is nothing you can do except live with it. I'm unaware of any law that will prevent such from appearing.

I understand the newspaper has the right to post such information on the internet, actually they are legally required to, but is there some way I can work this out with them, some kind of legal document to show the newspaper requesting them to take the information down?

I care that the information is posted on the internet, I do not care that the information was posted in the physical newspaper. Isn't the physical newspaper public enough?
