Can I leave the country if I have bench warrants? Two of the warrants are misdemeanor and the other one is a felony. I'm not leaving just to evade charges. I'm leaving America because I don't like the people in this country. I will mail myself to Thailand in a wooden crate if necessary. Mahalo.

Yes, but you may have difficulty coming back undetected.
It is quite easy to leave the country unnoticed if you are smart about it.

Certainly it is possible to leave the country while you have warrants out for your arrest. I won't counsel you on the best ways to do that, however. Note that fleeing the country might result in additional charges against you, though. Also, if the country to which you go has extradition treaties with the U.S., you could still be arrested in that foreign country and returned to the U.S. if the authorities want you badly enough.
