I am trying to get out of my lease agreement for November/December. My husband and I are Partners in an LLC. At the bottom of the contract it states_ Sinature nameaniel and Emily. Then_ By:and I am the only one that signed. Then it has Partnership checked. Then it has Title: Co-owners then On Behalf Of: our business name. Can I get out of it because I am the only one who signed?

Nope. The only way to get out of the lease is by negotiating with the landlord the lease break and the fees associated with that. Hope this helps!
