Lawyer suing everyone

So..... Long story short

My dad got sued, we find Lawyer A. We lost, so apepaled using Lawyer B.
Laywer B lies to us and takes our money and does a crappy job representing my father.

We find Lawyer C and we sue lawyer B for fraud, deciet, & malpractice.

Lawyer B, cross complains and sues my Dad, my Mom, Lawyer B, our language translator, & Lawyer C.

All he does is sue, sue, sue.....what do we do? He's causing all sorts of trouble. hes pretty much using his knowledge of the law to prolong the case and cause trouble for everyone. Isn't there a law against this? It's got to be abuse of power or something.

This is America. Anyone can sue anyone they want.

He's smart. You have to be smarter, or hire a better lawyer.

You sued him. He's just defending himself. He has that right. Move along, nothing to see here, move along.
