A doctor and a lawyer were chatting at a cocktail party. The doctor mentioned that he had a dilemma. A neighbor of a few years called him regarding a minor problem. The doctor told the neighbor to come to his office for a short visit. After she had left, the doctor wasn't sure whether he should bill his neighbor. After all, they knew each other and the visit was expedient. The doctor asked the lawyer for his advice as to whether he should send his neighbor a bill. "Bill her," said the lawyer. So the doctor billed his neighbor.
And the lawyer billed the doctor.
And the lawyer billed the doctor.
