my tenant hasn't paid rent in over two months. She is in the process of being evicted. Her gas has been turned off. The air conditioner went out. Do I have a responsibility to fix it?

Until your tenant is evicted, you're required to honor the lease.
If you don't, it'll probably be mentioned at the eviction proceeding.
That's when many whine about how cruelly and poorly the landlord treated them.
If the lease and the law requires you to do maintenance, you'd do yourself right by honoring your commitments.
