Our landlord has given us a "notice to terminate tenancy" They state rent lat(we have been late a few times) but they always accept it. Messy house(they would not have even seen my house had she not got my son, who is 13, to let her in to use the restroom) They talked to our neighbors for an hour one day trying to get information about us(several neighbors) They say we have somebody living in a camp trailer in the driveway(we do not) Is there grounds or rights for our landlord to evict us or do they have to at least give us time to correct (Messy house) the problem? And is talking about us to our neighbors slander?
