Landlord need to move back

We need to move back to Florida,we live abroad right now, but we just found out we need to go back to florida...
We just signed an extension of lease of 6 months,can we break it?

Can you break it? Yes but not without consequences. Are you the tenant wanting to break lease or landlord wanting to remove tenant?

If you are the landlord, no you can't evict the tenant, unless they break the lease.
You can offer them money to leave the premises.
If they refuse, you will have to wait until their lease ends.
Well, actually, you will have to terminate their lease according to the language of the lease.

If you are the tenant, you can break the lease before the lease term ends.
But, it will cost you mucho dinero.
