I rented my house 3 months ago and when I moved in I agreed to clean the house for leanency on the securidy deposit. That was fine and so I moved in, My landlord is triing to sell the properdy and so I have to show it to buyers, That WAS fine. I asked that I recive a 24 hour notice before anyone showed up he said that he was okay with that. Now the realtiers are showing up when ever they want with out an appt. They want to come into my home when I am not there. I said I was not comfertable with that. now the landlord wrote me a note and put it on the door that if I do not let these people in when they come he will evict me and that they only have to give me 30 min notice.. I have shown the house several times. Today the landlord calls and tells me the realtors are saying I'm turning down appts. I have documented every time I've shown the house. I have 4 little girls and a life.
I can't keep being afriad of eviction. He is also triing to use the securidy deposit against me. I need help!
