I HAVE INVOLVED CITY CODE SPECIALIST WHO HAS CITED 9 VIOLATIONS WITH IN MY UNIT, BUT CAN NOT ADDRESS THE MOLD AS A VIOLATION, MY FAMILY IS BEING TREATED WITH ONGOING RESPIRATORY PROBLEMS, DOCTORS, MEDICINES, AND THE DATE FOR THE CITED VIOLATIONS IS ABOUT TO RUN OUT BY 12 DAYS, NOTHING HAS BEEN REPAIRED AS CITED. I HAVE A COUT DATE FROM BEING SERVED AN UNLAWFUL DETAINERHELP, TELL ME WHAT TO DO??

TELL ME WHAT TO DO??

First thing you do is turn off the caps. It's hard to read, the equivalent of shouting, and very annoying with that large block of text.

Then, before we go any further, tell me what kind of residence this is: single family, multi-family, apartment?

If single family (this is important) does the landlord own MORE THAN TWO single family rental residences?
