I am buying a house on a 3 year Land Contract and will receive a Warranty Deed at the maturity
of the LC.....Should I insist on a Quitclaim Deed when I sign the Land Contract?

Why would you want a quitclaim deed rather than a warranty deed?

If you don't know the answer to that question, then you really should consult with a local real estate lawyer.

The whole idea of a land contract is that you don't get ANY deed until the three years are up and you've completed all the payment and other requirements by then.

Google land contract danger and see all the reasons that you shouldn't be buying property that way, not the least of which is that you don't appear to know what you are doing.
