What do you mean "nothing was done"?

Was it denied? A denial is not "nothing."

Filing for Post Conviction Relief does not always result in anything changing. Sometimes, the individual simply does not have sufficient grounds/legal reasons for the court to do anything with it. This is particularly true if your son is known to the court for previously filing frivolous paperwork.
