Need any help I can get!
I just bought my home in december and since the heavy rains this week I have discovered the rain is coming down into my house through leaks around piping in the attic.
Around the piping, is mold growing on the pipe itself. I'm afraid it's been like this for years.
I paid a home inspector to come out and take a look at the property to do a full inspection before I bought it. Apparantly the guy doesn't know what he's doing and now I have this problem and I'm afraid it's what has been causing my asthma to get worse over the past 3 months.
Please, if you have any advice, let me know. I don't know who to call, what to do, or anything.
