W.Va. Southern WVA circuit court judge has been charged federal for tampering with evidence, planting evidence, installing a jury foreperson on a jury who the judge was in partnerships in business with and the jury foreperson is also a county and homeland security employee, working daily in county business.

The judge installed this person because he wanted to find his ex mistreeses husband on an indictment (all forged by judge)

My question is, the federal indictment charges that the jury foreperson was rigged by the judge and also ineligible to serve.

Would not ALL of the grand jury proceedings which this jury foreperson was involved in be illegal and be eligible for dismissal.

Would the persons who were indicted have any legal recourse towards the judge, the county and the foreperson.

This is the WVA judge just indicted on Federal Charges for trying to frame his exmistreesses husband. Went on for over 4 years'

If you (or someone you know) believe harm was caused by the alleged plant, I suggest you take this up with your attorney (or direct the injured person to do so).

A charge doesn't mean anyone, including this judge is guilty.

All criminal defendants are cloaked in the presumption of innocence.

If a conviction (or convictions) follow, that would be the time to challenge any prior indictments the alleged plant may have been involved in handing down.
