I was in a car accident about four years ago and it was a no fault accident. I did not have a drivers license or insurance and the other insurance company sued me and got a judgment without me even knowing about it until i found out that my license was revoked because of the judgment. Now they want me to make payment arrangements in order to get my license back. But i am broke and cant pay all my bills plus another one as well. Is there any way to get my license back without paying them by filing bankruptcy or something/ Please help!! I am in Palm beach county Florida...

You can file a motion to have the judgment set aside for lack of service. They can refile but you will have a chance to defend and can get your license back in the meantime. Contact the court.
