 An officer, assinged by the court, returned my payment to me with a letter. The letter claimed I no longer lived in their jurisdiction. I have been given to belive tha if a creditor refuses a patment, that they now accept the debt payed in full.
This was twelve years plus ago, now the judgment has been filled again what can I do

I don't understand the problem. Who is your creditor? If the court isn't the creditor (I'm not sure how they would be here) then the creditor hasn't waived any rights since it wasn't the creditor who returned the payment to you. Why didn't you send the payment directly to the creditor?
