I need to find a form or how to make a form to file a motion to vacate a default judgement
I found one for small claims but not for the limited civil case.
This is for Kern county CA.

Tweak the small claims form to make it work for the limited civil case.

Don't think that will work the rules of the court say it must be on "pleading paper" so the formate would not be the same as the small claims form.
If anyone has a fill in the blank or old motion that i can use as a guide please post it thanks for the help.

yep google must be easy to use! The L.A. court rules are different than Kern county and the url you posted is for small claims court not a limited civil case.

How do you take a fill in the blank small claims form and put it on pleading paper in the proper form. The judge is an a- hole and does not like pro-per if you are not one of the boys you will end up getting bent over and driven home no smile,no grease,no thank you
not even a reach-around.
