My name is on a mortgage with my ex husband, he is filing bankruptcy he currently lives in the home. Will the mortgage company come after me for the money? Do I need to file bankruptcy also?

If your name is also on the mortgage, they most likely will. Whether you need/should declare bankruptcy is something you need to discuss with a bankruptcy attorney or two.
