Jewelry That Should be Ours from Trust

We have a big concern. My husband's mom recently past on. She had two sons who married two sisters. Regretably, one of the sisters distributed jewelry without our knowledge to her kids. This was not the intention of my husband's mom. In the trust, she specifically designated jewelry equally to both sons and their children and wives. When my husband goes down to Florida in about a month to get his share of the trust (both sons live in Nassau, NY), what are our rights to retrieve the rightful jewelry that my husband's mom gave to us as per the trust? What if one of the pieces from the trust was already given to my sister's kids?? We are just beside ourselves and want to make sure my husband's mom's jewelry is given out as per her wishes, not my sister who tends to be domineering and controlling. Frankly, we are shocked that this could ever occur?

We really need your advice. Thank you so much in advance.

You will need a lawyer to sue the bad people.
