I Know Someone Who Was Convicted Of Assault Charges And Was Supposed To Serve Time But When He Got To The Prison They Said They Had No Record Of Him . They Turned Him Out Into The Snow Miles And Miles From Home With No Transportation Or Anything. He Has Been In Another State For Several Years. The Question Is Of What To Do Or Is There Some Kind Of Law Regarding Statute Of Limitation. Is He In A Lot Of Trouble Or Is The State In Trouble. What To Do!!!!!
