I was a employee of Sprint for nearly 2 years. While i was employed there, I had 2 lines of service. One line they give employess for free and any additional lines, they give employees a discount on phone services, called Advantage Club. On the Advantage club plan plan i had a 500 min plan for $15.00 mthly. I was discharged from the company in Feb 08. On april 30th, sprint changed my free line to a Fair*flexable plan 500 for $30.00. On the plan that was the Advantage plan they upgraded the plan to 1450 mins for $49.99, all without my consent or knowledge...Is that legal??

I am sure when you became an employee, on the literature given to you, the company explained what would happen to the lines of service once you were no longer an employee and what would happen to those lines if you didn't communicate to them how you wanted them to proceed. If you don't agree with the charges call Sprint and have them cancel the services. Good Luck!
