Is This Legal???

My father doesnt want to divorce my mother right away but says he wants to "think about it" but while hes "thinking about it" he's having his brothers take control (not in my fathers name anymore) of all of his possesion so my mother wont get ahold of anything. my question is, is this legal? and if all of the houses and land he owns are put back in his name can i somehow get a hold of it? considering im his 19 year old daughter?

He can't convey real estate without ma's signature (that's the general rule).

But, to answer your question, the court (in the lawsuit) may decide he is fraudulently hiding assets.
