Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication is it legal (guilty by assoc.)

The state or country I am talking about is: Wisconsin

I really need to know as soon as possible if it is legal for a minor to attend a party where other minors are drinking, as long as the minor in question does not drink. Also the same question for the use of Marijuana. As much info as possible is appreciated. Again i need to know ASAP. Thanks

I think your question actually is whether a minor can be charged with criminal offenses by being at a party where other minors are consuming alcohol and using illegal drugs. The answer is "of course." Whether the minor will be convicted of any criminal charges is not something anyone here can answer. If the minor in question wishes to avoid legal complications and potentially ending up with a criminal record, he or she would be wise to avoid these parties entirely.
