Let's see - you're not paying anything. You didn't provide any information except "getting pics over email for a price." Yet you demand immediate answers as if it is a right. Perhaps few would have the patience to answer.

The quick answer - you strike me as a person who isn't really concerned about the facts and will get something as long as it serves the immediate need. If the pictures you're buying are from someone who has the rights to the pictures and their content, the answer is "yes." My guess is that the pictures you are getting are suspect in nature. The answer is probably "no" regardless of whether you're paying $10 or $100,000. If the sender/seller doesn't have appropriate rights to sell you, then you can't acquire them.
