I was recently given a summons to appear. And upon my summons, my RACE and HAIR color is inconsistent with all of my legal documents. are there other related cases that I can review?

Its a very common mistake, or clerical error.
Once you get to court, if its mentioned, the prosecutor will simply seek to amend and correct the error.

The motion will be allowed, the correction made, we all move on.

That will not make for a dismissal. "Minor" honest errors/mistakes can be corrected/amended to the correct information.
