I became a part of a corporation (concerts, shows) that was formed in Sep. of this year and invested my money. In October, something happened and I decided to get out of the corporation. I submitted my resignation that included a statement " I wish my name to be taken out of all corporation documents". I was promised on three different occasions that the money will be given back to me before the concert. Until now I still have not received anything. What does the law say about taking your investments out and can I sue or get a collection agency to help me. Thanks.
