I have an ongoing civil lawsuit in the Federal District Court of North Georgia, concerning employment retaliation. The suit is properly filed against a corporation, and certain employees of this corporation are going to be called as witnesses for the defedant corporation. I want to serve 'Interrogatories' on these witnesses but I don't know the proper legal terminology for these interrogatories. I don't think it's just a simple 'Plaintiff's First Interrogatories To The Defendant'. There are five employees of this corporation who need to be served.
